- Prices exclude delivery charge.
- Deliveries will be made within 28 days but under normal conditions are dispatched the same day if the order arrives before 1:30pm. You will be advised of any delay or if the item is not available.
- In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange with you to replace or repair the goods as quickly as possible.
- We maintain a stock of items, but are at the whim of our suppliers, so unfortunately all products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

Payment Payment can be made by several methods: credit/debit card, online or by cheque/postal order via post. - Credit or debit card. Payment will be debited from your account before despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

Delivery Charges When you purchase from us the system will work out the most cost effective method of getting your order to you. We can offer a quicker service at a premium – contact us for details.

If your product should develop such a fault within 28 days of purchase we will repair it, exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money.
